Cozy stay with great views
Had a pleasant night here! The views from our room were amazing, we could see the mountains right from the window. The spa area was really chill after all day hiking. We loved the in-room breakfast. it was a tasty spread. Just wish the Wi-Fi was better—was spotty when we needed it most!

The thermal baths were fantastic, providing a relaxing escape for the whole family. Our room was quite spacious, with a comfortable bed, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the stunning mountain views.

Stunning location with beautiful mountain views! The room was spacious and had excellent amenities. Spa access was a relaxing treat. Room service was quick and friendly, adding to our nice stay (the in-room breakfast was a bonus! ).
The shower could use some modernizing as it was tough to control the temperature. the staff could use more training in English to improve communication.

The Double or Twin Room with Spa Access was spacious and pretty comfortable. I loved the beautiful view of the mountains and river right outside the window. The bathroom was decent, but could’ve been cleaner. The air conditioning worked well, and the thermal pools added a nice touch to the stay. it was a relaxing experience, but a few improvements in cleanliness would be great!

The spa was really enjoyable with a great variety of saunas and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Angel who helped us with the language barrier. Clean room and extensive breakfast options made for a solid stay.
